Odborn\u00e1 i laick\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost se organizuje do ob\u010dansk\u00fdch sdru\u017een\u00ed a sna\u017e\u00ed se zabr\u00e1nit realizaci n\u011bkter\u00fdch projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 by podle jejich n\u00e1zor\u016f sv\u00fdm vzhledem po\u0161kodily tv\u00e1\u0159 i celkov\u00fd smysl jejich m\u011bsta. V\u00a0n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u00favaze se omez\u00edme pouze na problematiku architektury a urbanistick\u00e9ho prostoru, ty p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed v\u00a0pam\u00e1tkov\u00fdch m\u011bstech z\u00e1sadn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st jejich identity. Protesty ve\u0159ejnosti nejsou nov\u00fdm jevem \u2013 \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed spory lze zaznamenat od po\u010d\u00e1tku 19. stolet\u00ed. P\u0159esto na odpov\u011b\u010f st\u00e1le \u010dek\u00e1 cel\u00e1 \u0159ada ot\u00e1zek. Pokus\u00edme se hledat odpov\u011b\u010f na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed z nich:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pro\u010d ve\u0159ejnost n\u011bkterou modern\u00ed architekturu p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 a jinou odm\u00edt\u00e1?<\/li>\n<li>Cht\u011bj\u00ed lid\u00e9 sv\u00fdmi protesty jen blokovat v\u0161e nov\u00e9, \u010demu je\u0161t\u011b nerozum\u011bj\u00ed?<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e1 tak zvan\u00e1 laick\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost v\u016fbec pr\u00e1vo ovliv\u0148ovat zm\u011bny sv\u00fdch m\u011bst?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Abychom na\u0161li odpov\u011b\u010f na tyto ot\u00e1zky, porovnejme charakteristick\u00e9 reprezentanty t\u011bch obecn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00fdch a cen\u011bn\u00fdch \u201emodern\u00edch\u201c staveb s\u00a0t\u011bmi, kter\u00e9 jsou ch\u00e1p\u00e1ny jako trval\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed hodnoty m\u011bsta a to i s\u00a0odstupem \u010dasu. Ke skupin\u011b ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdch realizac\u00ed jsme p\u0159idali i n\u011bkolik projekt\u016f schv\u00e1len\u00fdch v sou\u010dasnosti z\u00e1stupci st\u00e1tn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy, proti kter\u00fdm ob\u010dansk\u00e1 sdru\u017een\u00ed vytrvale protestuj\u00ed a sna\u017e\u00ed se jejich realizaci zabr\u00e1nit. <b>V obou skupin\u00e1ch je srovn\u00e1v\u00e1n pouze vztah novostavby k\u00a0okoln\u00ed z\u00e1stavb\u011b, k\u00a0prostoru, do kter\u00e9ho vstupuje a zp\u016fsob \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed jej\u00ed hmoty. <\/b>V\u00fdb\u011br je omezen na Pra\u017eskou pam\u00e1tkovou rezervaci v\u00a0\u010dasov\u00e9m obdob\u00ed od po\u010d\u00e1tku 20. stolet\u00ed po sou\u010dasnost.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 V\u00fdsledek srovn\u00e1n\u00ed reprezentant\u016f architektury obecn\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00e9 na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b a t\u00e9, proti kter\u00e9 lid\u00e9 protestuj\u00ed na stran\u011b druh\u00e9, je jednozna\u010dn\u00fd: protestuje se proti t\u011bm realizac\u00edm a n\u00e1vrh\u016fm, kter\u00e9 ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed kontext se sv\u00fdm okol\u00edm, to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee rozb\u00edjej\u00ed jednotu vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho celku, do kter\u00e9ho vstupuj\u00ed. V\u00a0na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jednotu prostoru ulice, n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Jednota celku je tu poru\u0161ena, jak v\u00a0z\u00e1kladn\u00ed rovin\u011b nehmotn\u00fdch prostorov\u00fdch vztah\u016f, tak v\u00a0navazuj\u00edc\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du struktur\u00e1ln\u00edho \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed architektury jednotliv\u00fdch objekt\u016f. <\/b>Vyhodnocen\u00ed reprezentant\u016f obou skupin je p\u0159ipojeno v\u00a0z\u00e1v\u011bru textu. <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho znepokojen\u00ed n\u011bkterou \u201emodern\u00ed architekturou\u201c objas\u0148uj\u00ed v\u00fdsledky modern\u00edch v\u00fdzkum\u016f v\u00a0oblasti <b>psychologie a fyziologie<\/b> zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na geneticky dan\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bk vn\u00edm\u00e1 sv\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed a orientuje se v\u00a0n\u011bm. \u010cetn\u00e9 experimenty prok\u00e1zaly, \u017ee procesy prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed ve smyslov\u00fdch org\u00e1nech jsou v\u00a0mysli organizov\u00e1ny na z\u00e1klad\u011b jednotn\u00fdch strukturovan\u00fdch konfigurac\u00ed podle holistick\u00e9ho principu (1). To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00a0prvn\u00ed f\u00e1zi vn\u00edm\u00e1me jasn\u011b vymezen\u00fd celek (prostor n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, ulice), kter\u00fd je nad\u0159azen\u00fd jednotliv\u00fdm sv\u00fdm komponent\u016fm (jednotliv\u00fdm dom\u016fm p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jin\u00fdm objekt\u016fm), kter\u00e9 ho vymezuj\u00ed. Nejde tedy o postupn\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed jednotlivost\u00ed (dom\u016f a podobn\u00fdch objekt\u016f), ze kter\u00e9ho vznik\u00e1 celkov\u00fd dojem, ale o proces opa\u010dn\u00fd. Ji\u017e v\u00a018. stolet\u00ed napsal Immanuel Kant, \u017ee prostor v\u00a0na\u0161em prost\u0159ed\u00ed je \u201e<b>syntetick\u00e1 forma a priori na\u0161\u00ed psychiky, neuv\u011bdom\u011bl\u00e1 intuice, s\u00a0jej\u00ed\u017e pomoc\u00ed strukturujeme a d\u00e1v\u00e1me smysl informac\u00edm, kter\u00e9 poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z\u00a0vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed\u201c<\/b>(2) Tady nach\u00e1z\u00edme vysv\u011btlen\u00ed geneticky ukotven\u00e9ho procesu vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed na\u0161ich m\u011bst: prvn\u00ed, z\u00e1kladn\u00ed vjem je vjem prostoru, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e se nach\u00e1z\u00edme, ten je zdrojem p\u0159irozen\u00e9 orientace. Orientace (nejen ve fyzick\u00e9m prostoru) je nezbytn\u00fdm p\u0159edpokladem smyslupln\u00e9 existence lidsk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. Proto jsou pro p\u0159irozenou orientaci v\u00a0na\u0161em prost\u0159ed\u00ed nezbytn\u00e9 vymezen\u00e9 prostorov\u00e9 celky \u2013 v\u0161ichni m\u00e1me zku\u0161enosti s\u00a0obt\u00ed\u017enou orientac\u00ed na s\u00eddli\u0161t\u00edch, jejich\u017e z\u00e1stavba je slo\u017eena z\u00a0individu\u00e1ln\u00edch, voln\u011b situovan\u00fdch objekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 prostor nevymezuj\u00ed. Jasn\u011b vymezen\u00fd prostor mus\u00ed z\u016fstat v\u00a0na\u0161em vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed dominantn\u00ed, abychom svou polohu poci\u0165ovali jako pevnou. Pokud vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nehmotn\u00e9ho prostoru jako celku znemo\u017en\u00ed agresivn\u011b se prosazuj\u00edc\u00ed jednotliv\u00e9 objekty, jsou na\u0161e mo\u017enosti orientace redukov\u00e1ny pouze na line\u00e1rn\u00ed vztahy k\u00a0t\u011bmto v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm objekt\u016fm, vztah k celku n\u00e1m unik\u00e1, ztr\u00e1c\u00edme pevn\u00e9 ukotven\u00ed, v\u011bdom\u00ed \u201ekde vlastn\u011b jsme\u201c. Z\u00a0toho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee nositelem identity na\u0161ich m\u011bst je nehmotn\u00fd prostor \u2013 to zd\u00e1nliv\u00e9 pr\u00e1zdno mezi z\u00e1stavbou. K identifikaci n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed nebo ulice sta\u010d\u00ed celkov\u00fd prostorov\u00fd dojem, kter\u00fd v\u00a0n\u00e1s vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed, abychom si uv\u011bdomili, kde jsme. Mnoz\u00ed lid\u00e9 ani neznaj\u00ed fas\u00e1dy jednotliv\u00fdch dom\u016f a p\u0159esto v\u011bd\u00ed, kde pr\u00e1v\u011b jsou. Jenom takovou z\u00e1stavbu, kde m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159irozen\u011b, zcela spont\u00e1nn\u011b identifikovat jej\u00ed prostory, vn\u00edm\u00e1me jako m\u011bsto. Tady je p\u016fvod atraktivity historick\u00fdch m\u011bst a bohu\u017eel i d\u016fvod intenzivn\u00edho z\u00e1jmu developer\u016f. V\u00a0koncentraci lid\u00ed spat\u0159uj\u00ed zdroj pen\u011bz, jejich projekty jsou navr\u017eeny jako nep\u0159ehl\u00e9dnuteln\u00e9 reklamy pro byznys. Architektura tu degenerovala na reklamn\u00ed design sna\u017e\u00edc\u00ed se p\u0159ek\u0159i\u010det v\u0161e ve sv\u00e9m okol\u00ed. Paradoxn\u011b tak ni\u010d\u00ed tu kvalitu m\u011bsta, pro kterou se sem vedrala \u2013 ucelenost jeho prostor\u016f i jejich osobitost. Kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 m\u011bsta s\u00a0vlastn\u00ed tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed se vstupem \u201emodern\u00ed\u201c architektury, usiluj\u00edc\u00ed o originalitu za ka\u017edou cenu, m\u011bn\u00ed ve f\u00e1dn\u00ed stereotyp, beztvar\u00fd chaos. Takzvan\u00e1 modern\u00ed m\u011bsta &#8211; a v\u011bt\u0161ina s\u00eddli\u0161\u0165 &#8211; sest\u00e1vaj\u00ed z\u00a0izolovan\u00fdch objekt\u016f, voln\u011b situovan\u00fdch v\u00a0prostoru, kter\u00fd kolem nich prot\u00e9k\u00e1, nen\u00ed pevn\u011b artikulov\u00e1n. Orientujeme se pouze podle n\u00e1zv\u016f ulic a v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch solit\u00e9r\u016f, pocit pevn\u00e9ho ukotven\u00ed v\u00a0takov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed chyb\u00ed. Na osudu m\u011bsta Brasilia je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee architektonick\u00e1 kvalita jednotliv\u00fdch objekt\u016f ani jejich efektn\u00edch seskupen\u00ed vymezen\u00e9 prostory nenahrad\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159ehledn\u00fd vymezen\u00fd prostor p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed krom\u011b dobr\u00e9 orientace i pocit bezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00fd ovliv\u0148uje kvalitu vztah\u016f mezi lidmi, umo\u017e\u0148uje i p\u0159i letm\u00e9m nahodil\u00e9m potk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 odhadov\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 jak\u00e9si zrcadlen\u00ed v\u00a0pohledech \u201et\u011bch druh\u00fdch,\u201c kter\u00e9 je zdrojem vci\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed se do \u201etoho druh\u00e9ho\u201c, empatie. Empatie mezi lidmi je nezbytnou podm\u00ednkou spolupr\u00e1ce, bez kter\u00e9 nevznik\u00e1 civilizace. Naopak lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee v\u00a0prost\u0159ed\u00ed bez jasn\u011b definovan\u00fdch prostor\u016f chyb\u00ed pocit ztoto\u017en\u011bn\u00ed se s\u00a0m\u00edstem a bezpe\u010d\u00ed stimuluj\u00edc\u00ed spont\u00e1nn\u00ed kontakt mezi lidmi, vznik\u00e1 pocit chaosu a odcizen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>M\u011bsto je \u017eivotn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00edm civilizovan\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti \u2013 modern\u00ed urbanismus by m\u011bl sledovat nejen podm\u00ednky jej\u00edho fyzick\u00e9ho p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed \u2013 hygienu, infrastrukturu, dopravu, ale i vytv\u00e1\u0159et podm\u00ednky pro jej\u00ed psychick\u00e9 pot\u0159eby v\u00a0z\u00e1jmu udr\u017een\u00ed civilizovan\u00e9ho sou\u017eit\u00ed lid\u00ed. Stavitel\u00e9 m\u011bst do konce 19. stolet\u00ed si byli nezbytnosti priority prostoru v\u00a0m\u011bstsk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed intuitivn\u011b v\u011bdomi. Tv\u016frci modern\u00edch m\u011bst a s\u00eddli\u0161\u0165 odm\u00edtli stalet\u00fdm v\u00fdvojem formovanou tradici, kter\u00e1 podle jejich p\u0159edstav omezovala racion\u00e1ln\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed urbanismus. Jejich pozornost se zam\u011b\u0159ila na ochranu fyzick\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka. Psychicko-fyziologick\u00e9 pot\u0159eby spole\u010dnosti zat\u00edm pevn\u00e9 m\u00edsto v\u00a0urbanismu nena\u0161ly. Jejich zohledn\u011bn\u00ed by zd\u00e1nliv\u011b p\u0159ineslo jist\u00fd n\u00e1vrat k\u00a0tradici, ale ve skute\u010dnosti by znamenalo pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed ve v\u00fdvoji modern\u00edho ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u011bta zalo\u017een\u00e9ho na empirick\u00e9m pozn\u00e1n\u00ed a rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdhradn\u011b na z\u00e1klad\u011b vlastn\u00edho rozumu. Racion\u00e1ln\u00ed rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 pouze na z\u00e1klad\u011b co nejhlub\u0161\u00edho pozn\u00e1n\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m rozhodujeme i na pozn\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sama, sv\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed. Pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je otev\u0159en\u00fd proces. Zku\u0161enost n\u00e1s st\u00e1le pou\u010duje, \u017ee to podstatn\u00e9, to, na \u010dem skute\u010dn\u011b z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, si uv\u011bdomujeme pravideln\u011b a\u017e tehdy, kdy to ztr\u00e1c\u00edme \u2013 nezbytnost \u010dist\u00e9ho vzduchu a vody jsme pochopili pln\u011b a\u017e v\u00a0okam\u017eiku, kdy jich za\u010dal b\u00fdt nedostatek. Obdobn\u011b si uv\u011bdomujeme v\u00fdznam ochrany psychick\u00e9ho stavu na\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti a\u017e v\u00a0okam\u017eiku, kdy se projev\u00ed ohro\u017een\u00ed. Teprve nedostatky kvality spole\u010densk\u00e9ho sou\u017eit\u00ed v\u00a0panel\u00e1kov\u00fdch s\u00eddli\u0161t\u00edch (kter\u00e1 vy\u0159e\u0161ila ve sv\u00e9 dob\u011b pot\u0159ebu bydlen\u00ed a st\u00e1le slou\u017e\u00ed ke spokojenosti mnoh\u00fdch obyvatel) a protesty obyvatel i n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f historick\u00fdch m\u011bst proti n\u011bkter\u00fdm z\u00e1sah\u016fm do m\u011bstsk\u00e9 z\u00e1stavby otev\u0159ely problematiku urbanistick\u00e9ho prostoru \u2013 jeho v\u00fdznamu pro psychiku spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00edm se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k\u00a0p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u011b protest\u016f ob\u010dansk\u00fdch sdru\u017een\u00ed proti vstupu n\u011bkter\u00e9 modernistick\u00e9 architektury do tradi\u010dn\u011b koncipovan\u00fdch m\u011bst. H\u00e1j\u00ed sv\u016fj opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fd n\u00e1rok na prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jim dosud poskytovalo existenci\u00e1ln\u00ed podporu, boj\u00ed se chaosu, odcizen\u00ed, cht\u011bj\u00ed b\u00fdt st\u00e1le ve sv\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b doma. H\u00e1j\u00ed prostory sv\u00fdch m\u011bst. Nemohou si zvykat na architekturu, kter\u00e1 jim bere identitu jejich m\u011bsta. Nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 je nutit, aby se vzdali geneticky ukotven\u00e9ho zp\u016fsobu vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed \u2013 ztratili by s\u00a0n\u00edm p\u0159irozen\u00fd zp\u016fsob orientace, sv\u016fj kompas ve sv\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed se v\u0161emi d\u016fsledky na psychick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed cel\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed je, \u017ee v\u0161echny kontroverzn\u00ed projekty, proti kter\u00fdm ve\u0159ejnost protestuje, byly schv\u00e1leny ofici\u00e1ln\u00edmi z\u00e1stupci st\u00e1tn\u00ed pam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de. Tzv. laick\u00e1 ve\u0159ejnost, kter\u00e1 si zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u00fd zp\u016fsob vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, pravideln\u011b projev\u00ed v\u00edce pochopen\u00ed pro hodnoty m\u011bsta ne\u017e n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edci profesion\u00e1lov\u00e9. Ti toti\u017e \u010dasto vid\u00ed skute\u010dnost kolem sebe p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm prizmatem sv\u00fdch nau\u010den\u00fdch znalost\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u2013 ism\u016f, do kter\u00fdch se sna\u017e\u00ed v\u0161e vt\u011bsnat. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 cht\u011bj\u00ed co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed toleranc\u00ed vyhov\u011bt dnes v\u0161ude zd\u016fraz\u0148ovan\u00e9 pluralit\u011b n\u00e1zor\u016f a po\u017eadavk\u016fm nepochopen\u00e9ho multikulturalismu. Nezanedbateln\u00e1 je i obava z\u00a0n\u00e1lepky staromilce neschopn\u00e9ho pochopit sou\u010dasnou dobu a \u2013 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b &#8211; jsou tu i tlaky developer\u016f. V\u00fdsledkem b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dasto nepochopiteln\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ob\u010dansk\u00e1 sdru\u017een\u00ed z\u00a0pochopiteln\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f odm\u00edtaj\u00ed. Jejich \u00fa\u010dast na schvalovac\u00edm procesu projekt\u016f v\u00a0jejich m\u011bst\u011b je dnes ji\u017e prokazateln\u011b nezbytn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto i dnes \u010d\u00e1st ve\u0159ejnosti prohla\u0161uje, \u017ee se j\u00ed postmodern\u00ed architektura l\u00edb\u00ed. Jsou doslova fascinov\u00e1ni provokac\u00ed efektn\u00edmi materi\u00e1ly a p\u0159ekvapuj\u00edc\u00edmi zcela neobvykl\u00fdmi dynamick\u00fdmi tvary, kter\u00e9 demonstruj\u00ed technickou virtuositu konstrukce vzdoruj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1kon\u016fm stability. Hlubok\u00fd nitern\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek z\u00a0harmonick\u00fdch prostor\u016f tradi\u010dn\u00edch m\u011bst, poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed pocit ztoto\u017en\u011bn\u00ed se s\u00a0m\u00edstem, bezpe\u010d\u00ed a soun\u00e1le\u017eitosti s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi to ale nen\u00ed. Pevn\u011b vymezen\u00e9 prostory sjednocuj\u00edc\u00ed architektonick\u00e9 ztv\u00e1rn\u011bn\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch dom\u016f poskytuj\u00ed pocit klidu, trval\u00e9 existenci\u00e1ln\u00ed podpory. Agresivita individualisticky ztv\u00e1rn\u011bn\u00fdch postmodern\u00edch objekt\u016f rozb\u00edj\u00ed prostor a vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 chaos, stres, t\u011b\u017eko slu\u010diteln\u00fd s\u00a0po\u017eadavky kvalitn\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Architektura a urbanismus nejsou artefakty, kter\u00e9 ocen\u00ed znalci. Je to \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed n\u00e1s v\u0161ech, nikdo neunikne jejich vlivu. Nepat\u0159\u00ed sem \u0161ok a adrenalinov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky, ale napln\u011bn\u00ed materi\u00e1ln\u00edch i kulturn\u00edch pot\u0159eb spole\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Problematick\u00fdm sou\u017eit\u00edm modern\u00ed a hlavn\u011b postmodern\u00ed architektury s\u00a0prost\u0159ed\u00edm na\u0161ich tradi\u010dn\u00edch m\u011bst se dnes zab\u00fdv\u00e1 st\u00e1le v\u00edce teoretik\u016f architektury a urbanismu \u2013 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0USA a v\u00a0z\u00e1padn\u00ed Evrop\u011b. Z\u00a0nich u n\u00e1s nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou asi matematik a teoretik urbanismu a architektury Nicos Salingaros, profesor univerzity v\u00a0Texasu, architekt Christopher Alexander a britsk\u00fd architekt Leon Krier.<\/p>\n<p>Postmodern\u00ed architektura jako jedin\u00e1 mo\u017enost v\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti je ch\u00e1p\u00e1na v\u00a0postkomunistick\u00fdch a totalitn\u00edch st\u00e1tech a v\u00a0rozvojov\u00fdch zem\u00edch. V\u00a0postkomunistick\u00fdch zem\u00edch jde o d\u016fsledek zpolitizov\u00e1n\u00ed pohledu na architektonickou tvorbu \u2013 postmoderna je tu pova\u017eov\u00e1na za projev svobody, za protest proti totalit\u011b, za naprost\u00e9 uvoln\u011bn\u00ed kreativity. Stal se z\u00a0n\u00ed dikt\u00e1t soum\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd se sorelou v\u00a0prvn\u00edm obdob\u00ed minul\u00e9ho re\u017eimu. V chud\u00fdch\u00a0rozvojov\u00fdch zem\u00edch se vynakl\u00e1daj\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 prost\u0159edky na realizaci postmodern\u00edch, ne\u00fam\u011brn\u011b n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch staveb, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed prok\u00e1zat schopnost za\u0159adit se mezi sou\u010dasnou elitu. Cestou z\u00a0tohoto neut\u011b\u0161en\u00e9ho stavu je n\u00e1vrat k\u00a0p\u0159irozen\u00e9mu vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161eho okol\u00ed, k pochopen\u00ed v\u00fdznamu urbanismu a architektury v\u00a0tvorb\u011b kvalitn\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro celou spole\u010dnost, ne jen pro zasv\u011bcen\u00e9 jednotlivce.<\/p>\n<p>12. 3. 2015, \u00a0ASORKD,\u00a0Ing. arch.
