Pan\u00ed architektka popisuje, kter\u00e9 stavby se v Praze povedly, kter\u00e9 vzbudily a dodnes bud\u00ed pohor\u0161en\u00ed a probl\u00e9mov\u00e9 stavby, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159es odpor ob\u010dansk\u00fdch sdru\u017een\u00ed chystaj\u00ed. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b cenn\u00e9 je, \u017ee studie obsahuje i kl\u00ed\u010d\u00a0k identifikaci typick\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016fi a chyb developersk\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>V\u00fdstavba Dejvic byla realizov\u00e1na podle pl\u00e1nu prof. Anton\u00edna Engela<\/b> z\u00a0dvac\u00e1t\u00fdch let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed. Dejvice jsou dnes pam\u00e1tkov\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bnou z\u00f3nou. Profesor Engel zvolil ve sv\u00e9 dob\u011b konzervativn\u00ed typ blokov\u00e9 z\u00e1stavby s\u00a0jasn\u00fdm vymezen\u00edm n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a ulic. Architektura jednotliv\u00fdch staveb je st\u0159\u00edzliv\u00e1, geometricky \u010dlen\u011bn\u00e1 s\u00a0tradi\u010dn\u00edmi propor\u010dn\u00edmi vztahy mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi skladebn\u00fdmi komponenty: parter, patra, zast\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Jednotliv\u00e9 stavby, a\u010d krom\u011b \u201ekulat\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed\u201c individu\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017een\u00e9 r\u016fzn\u00fdmi architekty, neuplat\u0148uj\u00ed svou individualitu na \u00fakor celistvosti prostoru. St\u00e1le vn\u00edm\u00e1me jednotliv\u00e9 ulice a n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed jako celek, v\u017edy si uv\u011bdomujeme, kde se pr\u00e1v\u011b nach\u00e1z\u00edme, ani\u017e bychom museli identifikovat jednotliv\u00e9 domy. Architektura se pod\u0159izuje sv\u00e9mu prostoru, potvrzuje jeho jasn\u00e9 vymezen\u00ed, celistvost. Jednotliv\u00e9 objekty mezi sebou nesoupe\u0159\u00ed, nep\u0159ek\u0159ikuj\u00ed se, naopak spolupracuj\u00ed na integrit\u011b celku.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Tato pravidla respektoval i pozd\u011bji postaven\u00fd slavn\u00fd <b>Sklen\u011bn\u00fd pal\u00e1c<\/b> p\u0159ezd\u00edvan\u00fd \u201e<b>Skle\u0148\u00e1k\u201c Richarda Podzemn\u00e9ho (1936-1937)<\/b>. A\u010dkoli, jak n\u00e1zev napov\u00edd\u00e1, arch. Podzemn\u00fd pou\u017eil materi\u00e1l ve sv\u00e9 dob\u011b vysoce aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed i soudob\u00e9 stavebn\u00ed detaily. P\u0159esto d\u016fm nijak nerozb\u00edj\u00ed celistvost prostoru T\u0159\u00eddy \u010ceskoslovensk\u00e9 arm\u00e1dy a N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed svobody. Struktura \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed hmoty domu respektuje tradicion\u00e1ln\u00ed model vztah\u016f mezi z\u00e1kladn\u00edmi komponenty v\u00a0hierarchii od celku k\u00a0detailu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Obdobn\u011b se chov\u00e1<b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.cz\/search?q=D%C5%AFm+u+%C4%8Cern%C3%A9+Matky+bo%C5%BE%C3%AD&amp;es_sm=93&amp;source=lnms&amp;tbm=isch&amp;sa=X&amp;ei=uBAIVfrLL8zfUb2lg5AK&amp;ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&amp;biw=1600&amp;bih=775\">D\u016fm u \u010cern\u00e9 Matky bo\u017e\u00ed<\/a><\/b>(arch. Josef Go\u010d\u00e1r, 1911 \u2013 12) v\u00a0<b>Celetn\u00e9 ulici na Star\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b <\/b>\u2013 v\u00a0sam\u00e9m srdci Pra\u017esk\u00e9 pam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 rezervace. D\u016fm pat\u0159\u00ed mezi slavn\u00e9 stavby pra\u017esk\u00e9ho kubismu a je registrovanou kulturn\u00ed pam\u00e1tkou. A\u010dkoli zde architekt uplatnil v\u00a0historick\u00e9 z\u00e1stavb\u011b zcela jin\u00e9 architektonick\u00e9 tvaroslov\u00ed, respektov\u00e1n\u00edm uli\u010dn\u00edho prostoru a zachov\u00e1n\u00edm modelu \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed hmoty navazuj\u00edc\u00edho na m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko staveb v\u00a0okol\u00ed, doc\u00edlil pln\u00e9 integrace v\u00a0z\u00e1stavb\u011b vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 sv\u00fdm p\u016fvodem o stalet\u00ed. Stejn\u011b m\u016f\u017eeme hodnotit i <b>ostatn\u00ed kubistick\u00e9 stavby <\/b>v\u00a0Praze, v\u0161echny jsou za\u0159azeny mezi zapsan\u00e9 pam\u00e1tky: <b>domy arch. Chochola pod Vy\u0161ehradem, D\u016fm Diamant <\/b>spojen\u00fd \u201ekapli\u010dkou\u201c s\u00a0kostelem Nejsv\u011bt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed Trojice ve Sp\u00e1len\u00e9 ulici v\u00a0Praze 1 a dal\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Do t\u00e9to skupiny pat\u0159\u00ed i<b> stavby realizovan\u00e9 na V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed od po\u010d\u00e1tku dvac\u00e1t\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed po sou\u010dasnost.<\/b> V\u00a0doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti pod ulicemi Opletalovou a Ve Sme\u010dk\u00e1ch m\u00e1 z\u00e1stavba charakter \u017eiv\u00e9ho bulv\u00e1ru s\u00a0velkou rozmanitost\u00ed z\u00e1stavby, kter\u00e1 tolerantn\u011b p\u0159ijala secesi i funkcionalismus po sou\u010dasnou z\u00e1stavbu (pal\u00e1c EURO 2002). Integraci do prostorov\u00e9ho celku zaji\u0161\u0165uje jist\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e1 regulace, d\u016fsledn\u00e9 dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed uli\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1ry a zd\u016frazn\u011bn\u00ed parteru i akcenty siluety. Zcela odli\u0161n\u00e1 je \u010d\u00e1st horn\u00ed, kde klidn\u00e1 z\u00e1stavba bez akcent\u016f v\u00a0siluet\u011b, se st\u0159\u00eddm\u00fdm architektonick\u00fdm ztv\u00e1rn\u011bn\u00edm i v\u00fdb\u011brem materi\u00e1l\u016f vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm r\u00e1mec monument\u00e1ln\u00edho prostoru ovl\u00e1dan\u00e9ho budovou Muzea a souso\u0161\u00edm svat\u00e9ho V\u00e1clava. Rozd\u011blen\u00ed do dvou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed potla\u010duje nev\u00fdhodu prot\u00e1hl\u00e9ho p\u016fdorysu a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed z\u00a0V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed sv\u00e9bytn\u00fd, kompozi\u010dn\u011b spojen\u00fd celek. Spojen\u00ed \u017eiv\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy a monument\u00e1ln\u00edho, dnes ji\u017e kultovn\u00edho prostoru vytvo\u0159ilo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed s\u00a0celost\u00e1tn\u00edm v\u00fdznamem. Stavby z\u00a0obdob\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho socialismu pln\u011b pochopily smysl prostoru kolem kultovn\u00edho souso\u0161\u00ed \u2013 D\u016fm m\u00f3dy, D\u016fm potravin a dnes pam\u00e1tkov\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fd hotel Jalta st\u0159\u00eddmost\u00ed sv\u00fdch fas\u00e1d a siluety mu vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed d\u016fstojn\u00fd r\u00e1mec a pln\u011b respektuj\u00ed dominantn\u00ed postaven\u00ed Muzea. Spolupracuj\u00ed na celistvosti sv\u00e9ho prostoru.<\/p>\n<p>Samostatnou kapitolou &#8211; p\u0159\u00edkladem tradicionalistick\u00e9 architektury v\u00a0n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho hradu &#8211; je<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ceskatelevize.cz\/porady\/1024681598-deset-stoleti-architektury\/200323232210158-josip-plecnik-na-prazskem-hrade\/\"><b> d\u00edlo Josipa Ple\u010dn\u00edka<\/b><\/a> z obdob\u00ed\u00a0prv\u00e9 republiky. I kdy\u017e p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed na Hrad zcela nov\u00e9 v\u00fdrazov\u00e9 prost\u0159edky vyr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00a0tradic jeho vlasti, souvisej\u00edc\u00edch pevn\u011b s\u00a0antickou architekturou, u n\u00e1s vn\u00edmanou jako import, dovedl Ple\u010dn\u00edk nav\u00e1zat na na\u0161e dom\u00e1c\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a\u0165 kultivovan\u00fdmi drobn\u00fdmi stavbami v exteri\u00e9ru (Ple\u010dn\u00edkova l\u00e1vka v\u00a0severn\u00edm hradn\u00edm p\u0159edpol\u00ed, B\u00fd\u010d\u00ed schodi\u0161t\u011b do ji\u017en\u00edch zahrad, ji\u017en\u00ed zahrady jako celek) nebo v\u00a0jedine\u010dn\u00fdch interi\u00e9rech. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1 d\u016fkaz, \u017ee p\u0159i pochopen\u00ed smyslu prost\u0159ed\u00ed nen\u00ed respekt ke st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm hodnot\u00e1m omezen\u00edm kreativity, ale mohutnou inspirac\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed k\u00a0uplatn\u011bn\u00ed vlastn\u00ed tvo\u0159iv\u00e9 schopnosti k\u00a0obohacen\u00ed, ne pop\u0159en\u00ed ji\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00edch hodnot. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b takov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup vy\u017eaduje mistra sv\u00e9ho oboru i pokoru k\u00a0d\u00edlu jin\u00fdch autor\u016f.<\/p>\n<p><b>Novostavby na \u00fazem\u00ed Pra\u017esk\u00e9 pam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 rezervace realizovan\u00e9 ve 20. stolet\u00ed po sou\u010dasnost, kter\u00e9 po\u0161kodily jej\u00ed panorama nebo vnit\u0159n\u00ed prostory.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Budova <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lidovky.cz\/foto.asp?foto1=HRN1a7d8b_bojiste.jpg\"><b>dopravn\u00edho dispe\u010dinku Na Boji\u0161ti<\/b><\/a> je v\u00a0novom\u011bstsk\u00e9m panoramatu nep\u0159ehl\u00e9dnuteln\u00e1. Vystupuje ze struktury novom\u011bstsk\u00fdch st\u0159ech jak svou hmotnost\u00ed, tak ploch\u00fdm zast\u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, kter\u00e9 d\u00e1le zd\u016fraz\u0148uje jej\u00ed t\u00ed\u017ei. Charakter novom\u011bstsk\u00e9ho panoramatu je d\u00e1n strukturou sedlov\u00fdch st\u0159ech, jejich\u017e m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko ur\u010duj\u00ed rozm\u011bry st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00fdch parcel. Celkem jednolit\u00e1 struktura je rytmizov\u00e1na k\u0159ehk\u00fdmi identifika\u010dn\u00edmi dominantami \u0161t\u00edhl\u00fdch kosteln\u00edch v\u011b\u017e\u00ed, sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edch hroty sv\u00fdch st\u0159ech vysoko do prostoru. Nelze ne\u017e konstatovat, \u017ee budova dispe\u010dinku poru\u0161uje brut\u00e1ln\u011b charakter panoramatick\u00e9ho celku, do kter\u00e9ho vstoupila. Budova po\u0161kozuje nejen sv\u016fj panoramatick\u00fd celek, ale t\u00edm i celkovou kompozici pra\u017esk\u00e9ho reli\u00e9fu, kter\u00e1 je nejcenn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kvalitou pra\u017esk\u00e9ho historick\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra. Novom\u011bstsk\u00e9 klidn\u00e9 panorama tvo\u0159\u00ed protiv\u00e1hu dramatick\u00e9mu lev\u00e9mu b\u0159ehu Vltavy, akcentovan\u00e9mu Pra\u017esk\u00fdm hradem. Ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00e1sah do novom\u011bstsk\u00e9 plochy, kter\u00fd ru\u0161\u00ed jej\u00ed klid cizorod\u00fdmi objekty, oslabuje p\u016fsobiv\u00fd kontrast obou z\u00e1kladn\u00edch panoramatick\u00fdch celk\u016f a t\u00edm po\u0161kozuje cel\u00fd reli\u00e9f. V\u00a0uli\u010dn\u00edm prostoru, kter\u00fd neumo\u017e\u0148uje dostate\u010dn\u00fd odstup, je budova m\u00e9n\u011b problematick\u00e1. Nerozb\u00edj\u00ed vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed ulice jako celku.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Do pra\u017esk\u00e9ho panoramatu zasahuje i <b><a href=\"http:\/\/commons.wikimedia.org\/wiki\/File:Praha,_Pankr%C3%A1c,_mrakodrapy.jpg\">v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e1 z\u00e1stavba na Pankr\u00e1ci<\/a>.<\/b> Ke konfrontaci s\u00a0pra\u017esk\u00fdm panoramatem doch\u00e1z\u00ed i p\u0159esto, \u017ee se oba dominantn\u00ed celky prakticky nedost\u00e1vaj\u00ed do jednoho perspektivn\u00edho z\u00e1b\u011bru. P\u0159i pohledu z\u00a0rampy p\u0159ed z\u00e1meck\u00fdmi schody v\u00a0jasn\u00fdch dnech degraduj\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 stavby Pankr\u00e1ce hradn\u00ed celek konfrontac\u00ed spiritu\u00e1ln\u00edch vertik\u00e1l hrad\u010dansk\u00fdch chr\u00e1mov\u00fdch v\u011b\u017e\u00ed s\u00a0tupou t\u011b\u017ekou hmotou r\u016fzn\u011b tvarovan\u00fdch hranol\u016f byznys centra. Nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd dojem umoc\u0148uje i r\u016fzn\u00e9 sd\u011blen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 oba celky p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed v\u00a0rovin\u011b symbol\u016f, tak\u017ee nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vymaz\u00e1n\u00ed Prahy ze seznamu sv\u011btov\u00e9ho d\u011bdictv\u00ed kv\u016fli pankr\u00e1ck\u00e9 z\u00e1stavb\u011b je pochopiteln\u00e9. Vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed vzd\u00e1len\u00fdch dominant vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 pot\u0159ebu revidovat dosavadn\u00ed zp\u016fsob stanoven\u00ed rozsahu ochrann\u00fdch p\u00e1sem.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/stary-web.zastarouprahu.cz\/foto\/myslbek2.jpg\"><b>Z\u00e1stavba proluky Myslbek <\/b><\/a>je vn\u00edm\u00e1na p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00a0prostoru P\u0159\u00edkop\u016f. Vybo\u010duje z\u00a0jeho charakteru velkou, ve sv\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed nedostate\u010dn\u011b \u010dlen\u011bnou sklen\u011bnou plochou, ukon\u010denou rovnou siluetou pra\u017esk\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy, do jejich\u017e kategorie P\u0159\u00edkopy nesporn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed, jsou charakteristick\u00e9 vertik\u00e1ln\u00edmi akcenty fas\u00e1d nad hlavn\u00ed \u0159\u00edmsou, kter\u00e9 vid\u00edme nap\u0159. na prot\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017divnostensk\u00e9 bance. Vybo\u010den\u00edm z\u00a0uli\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1ry a k\u0159ivkami ovl\u00e1dan\u00fdm ztv\u00e1rn\u011bn\u00edm fas\u00e1d vstoupil do disciplinovan\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti vz\u00e1jemn\u011b se respektuj\u00edc\u00edch dom\u016f dynamick\u00fd agresor, kter\u00fd k\u00a0integrit\u011b n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed nep\u0159isp\u011bl a kompozi\u010dn\u011b dob\u0159e vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 postaven\u00ed pomn\u00edku nesporn\u011b po\u0161kodil. S\u00e1m Tan\u010d\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fm zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 ur\u010ditou tradi\u010dn\u00ed hierarchii \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed sv\u00e9 hmoty, v\u00a0detailu ale nedosahuje m\u011b\u0159\u00edtka sv\u00fdch soused\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Dosud nerealizovan\u00e9 projekty, proti kter\u00fdm ob\u010dansk\u00e1 sdru\u017een\u00ed protestuj\u00ed<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0V\u00a0sou\u010dasnosti nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kontroverzn\u00ed projekt v\u00a0centru Prahy je tzv.\u00a0<b><a href=\"http:\/\/bydleni.idnes.cz\/vaclavske-namesti-bourani-domu-dm5-\/stavba.aspx?c=A130327_161348_reality_bdp_web\">Kv\u011btinov\u00fd d\u016fm<\/a>,\u201c<\/b> kter\u00fd m\u011bl b\u00fdt realizov\u00e1na rohu V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a Opletalovy ulice po dnes zastaven\u00e9 demolici domu \u010d. p. 47. Pronik\u00e1 p\u0159ev\u00fd\u0161enou dynamickou hmotou do kultovn\u00ed, monument\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, prodlu\u017euje tak doln\u00ed bulv\u00e1r za kompozi\u010dn\u011b z\u00e1vazn\u00e9 rozhran\u00ed obou v\u00fdznamem i urbanistick\u00fdm pojet\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Pokud by byl realizov\u00e1n, poru\u0161il by celistvost prostoru Muzea a pomn\u00edku svou nepat\u0159i\u010dnou agresivitou \u2013 danou jak p\u0159edimenzovan\u00fdm akcentovan\u00fdm objemem, tak nevhodnou strukturou \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed, podtr\u017eenou dynami\u010dnost\u00ed tvaru. Fas\u00e1da vstupuje do n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed \u0161ikm\u00fdmi plochami \u2013 poru\u0161uje t\u00edm prost\u00fd po\u017eadavek zachov\u00e1n\u00ed uli\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1ry ve v\u0161ech podla\u017e\u00edch, vy\u017eadovan\u00fd b\u011b\u017en\u011b v\u00a0z\u00e1stavb\u011b m\u011bstsk\u00e9ho typu. Architektura horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed je v\u00a0z\u00e1jmu uplatn\u011bn\u00ed dominantn\u00ed role Muzea a souso\u0161\u00ed st\u0159\u00eddm\u00e1 v\u00a0\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed i v\u00fdb\u011bru materi\u00e1lu. Na rozd\u00edl od \u017eiv\u00e9ho, heterogenn\u00edho bulv\u00e1ru v\u00a0doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed, otev\u0159en\u00e9ho rozmanitosti, horn\u00ed prostor vy\u017eaduje zklidn\u011bn\u00ed odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed jeho kultovn\u00edmu obsahu. Byl zde dodr\u017eov\u00e1n regulativ, formovan\u00fd arch. Josefem Hl\u00e1vkou. V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9 n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed pro\u0161lo od konce 19. stol. mnoha zm\u011bnami \u2013 a\u017e dosud sm\u011b\u0159ovaly k\u00a0jeho pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed urbanizaci. Z\u00a0bulv\u00e1ru se stalo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00edm m\u011bstsk\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy monument\u00e1ln\u00edm prostorem kolem pomn\u00edku sv. V\u00e1clava &#8211; pouh\u00e1 kulisa fas\u00e1dy Muzea by tento \u00fakol nemohla splnit. Novostavba tak ohro\u017euje celkovou koncepci n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed poru\u0161en\u00edm jednoty jeho nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u2013 kultovn\u00ed \u2013 \u010d\u00e1sti. \u010clen\u011bn\u00ed hmoty Kv\u011btinov\u00e9ho domu se li\u0161\u00ed od modelu uplat\u0148ovan\u00e9m v\u00a0cel\u00e9m prostoru n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed \u2013 nem\u00e1 struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 dodr\u017euje z\u00e1stavba obou jeho \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed: \u010diteln\u00e9 odd\u011blen\u00ed parteru, jednotliv\u00fdch podla\u017e\u00ed a st\u0159echy \u2013 i v\u00a0t\u00e9to rovin\u011b ni\u010d\u00ed jednotu prostorov\u00e9ho celku.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zastarouprahu.cz\/base\/vestniky\/pdf\/vestnik-2012-1.pdf\">Vestavba do <b>vnitrobloku na n\u00e1ro\u017e\u00ed V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a P\u0159\u00edkop\u016f <\/b><\/a>je posuzov\u00e1na hlavn\u011b z\u00a0hlediska ne\u00fanosn\u00e9ho p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed<b> <\/b>dopravou, p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed hygienick\u00fdch norem i nadm\u011brn\u00fdm zahu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm z\u00e1stavby. Hroz\u00ed tu ale i nebezpe\u010d\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed kvality krajiny st\u0159ech vestavbou odli\u0161n\u00e9ho m\u011b\u0159\u00edtka i zp\u016fsobu zast\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed &#8211; tedy poru\u0161en\u00ed jednotn\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed struktury pravob\u0159e\u017en\u00edho panoramatick\u00e9ho celku. Vysok\u00e1 vestavba by byla nav\u00edc nesporn\u011b viditeln\u00e1 z\u00a0horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed. Architektura vestavby se li\u0161\u00ed od modelu \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed sv\u00e9ho okol\u00ed \u2013 intimita kr\u00e1sn\u00e9ho vnitrobloku by byla nav\u017edy ztracena.<\/li>\n<li>Ob\u010dansk\u00e1 sdru\u017een\u00ed Prahy 6 se sna\u017e\u00ed zabr\u00e1nit realizaci budovy<a href=\"http:\/\/prazsky.denik.cz\/zpravy_region\/obri-ledni-medved-se-vztyci-nad-kulatakem-v-roce-2016-20131210.html\"><b> Line, p\u0159ezd\u00edvan\u00e9 B\u00edl\u00fd medv\u011bd<\/b><\/a>, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 b\u00fdt postavena na V\u00edt\u011bzn\u00e9m n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed v\u00a0Praze 6, na rohu Jugosl\u00e1vsk\u00fdch partyz\u00e1n\u016f a Rooseveltovy. N\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed je torzem Engelova n\u00e1vrhu monument\u00e1ln\u00edho centr\u00e1ln\u011b komponovan\u00e9ho prostoru, spojuj\u00edc\u00edho radi\u00e1ly komunikac\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch do centra Prahy p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstskou dopravu. P\u0159esto\u017ee nen\u00ed dokon\u010deno, je jeho zalo\u017een\u00ed na kruhov\u00e9m objezdu nezvratn\u00e9 a s\u00a0n\u00edm i orientace z\u00e1stavby do jeho st\u0159edu. Geometrick\u00e9 uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed je podpo\u0159eno t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jednotnou z\u00e1stavbou s\u00a0jednotnou v\u00fd\u0161kou h\u0159ebene st\u0159ech, v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed \u0159\u00edmsy a sjednocen\u00edm parteru. N\u00e1vrh budovy Line se tomuto p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9mu \u0159\u00e1du zcela vymyk\u00e1, nerespektuje ani vazby symetrie ani vyv\u00e1\u017eenost obvodov\u00e9 z\u00e1stavby vzhledem k\u00a0centru kruhu. Stejn\u011b chyb\u00ed n\u00e1vaznost na v\u00fd\u0161ku parteru. Autor n\u00e1vrhu podle sv\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru splnil regulativ stejn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ky hlavn\u00ed \u0159\u00edmsy nen\u00e1padnou \u017elutou lini\u00ed, kter\u00e1 z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00a0rovin\u011b fas\u00e1dy. \u010c\u00e1st nad \u017elutou lamelou je pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm fas\u00e1dy, st\u0159echu v\u00a0obecn\u00e9m v\u00fdznamu slova budova nem\u00e1, fas\u00e1da kon\u010d\u00ed p\u0159echodem do roviny ploch\u00e9ho zast\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. To, \u017ee argumentaci autora projektu p\u0159ijaly z\u00e1stupci st\u00e1tn\u00ed pam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de a stavebn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ad, nem\u011bn\u00ed nic na skute\u010dnosti, \u017ee \u017elut\u00e1 linka nen\u00ed \u0159\u00edmsou a \u017ee ukon\u010den\u00ed fas\u00e1dy p\u0159echodem do plochy zast\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nen\u00ed h\u0159eben st\u0159echy. Civilizace je zalo\u017eena na respektov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u017eit\u00e9ho v\u00fdznamu slov. Pokud ho odm\u00edtneme dodr\u017eovat, \u00fato\u010d\u00edme na samu jej\u00ed podstatu. Tak\u017ee nezb\u00fdv\u00e1 ne\u017e konstatovat, \u017ee n\u00e1vrh budovy Line prostorov\u00fd regulativ, z\u00e1vazn\u00fd na \u00fazem\u00ed pam\u00e1tkov\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 z\u00f3ny, nedodr\u017euje. Rozb\u00edj\u00ed jednotu prostoru, do kter\u00e9ho vstupuje.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00a0pam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 z\u00f3n\u011b Bubene\u010d \u2013 Dejvice \u2013 Horn\u00ed Hole\u0161ovice na hranici s\u00a0Pra\u017eskou pam\u00e1tkovou rezervac\u00ed se prosazuje mohutn\u00e1 administrativn\u00ed budova spole\u010dnosti <a href=\"http:\/\/bydleni.idnes.cz\/kancelarska-budova-letna-0xz-\/architektura.aspx?c=A140324_151031_architektura_web\"><b>Lord Ship <\/b><\/a>t\u00e1hnouc\u00ed se od \u201eMolochova\u201c a\u017e po k\u0159i\u017eovatku na \u0160pejcha\u0159e. Masivn\u00ed bari\u00e9rou p\u0159eru\u0161uje logickou n\u00e1vaznost bubene\u010dsk\u00e9 vilov\u00e9 z\u00e1stavby s\u00a0volnou plochou letensk\u00e9 pl\u00e1n\u011b, zcela se vymyk\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem sv\u00e9mu okol\u00ed. Od Letensk\u00e9ho n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed souvislosti s\u00a0v\u00fdchodn\u00edm panoramatem Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho hradu. Dosavadn\u00ed drobn\u00e1 bubene\u010dsk\u00e1 vilov\u00e1 z\u00e1stavba spolu s\u00a0volnou plochou Letn\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u016fsobivou plynulou gradaci k\u00a0Pra\u017esk\u00e9mu hradu. Budova Lord Ship by tyto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vztahy v\u00a0kompozici pra\u017esk\u00e9m reli\u00e9fu nen\u00e1vratn\u011b zni\u010dila. Necitliv\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed kontextu nejen s\u00a0nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edm okol\u00edm, ale s\u00a0celkovou kompozic\u00ed historick\u00e9ho j\u00e1dra by nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdmi architektonick\u00fdmi \u00fapravami \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed struktury hmoty tohoto objektu zm\u00edrnit.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00a0ne\u00fapln\u00e9m seznamu kontroverzn\u00edch projekt\u016f v\u00a0Pra\u017esk\u00e9 pam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 rezervaci a p\u0159ilehl\u00fdch pam\u00e1tkov\u00fdch z\u00f3n\u00e1ch nem\u016f\u017ee chyb\u011bt <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zastarouprahu.cz\/base\/vestniky\/pdf\/vestnik-2009-3.pdf\">projekt<\/a><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zastarouprahu.cz\/base\/vestniky\/pdf\/vestnik-2009-3.pdf\"> bytov\u00e9ho objektu v\u00a0ulici U Milosrdn\u00fdch<\/a>,<\/b>\u00a0 projektov\u00fd n\u00e1vrh viz <a href=\"http:\/\/obcanskymonitoring.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/u-milosrdnych.png\">zde<\/a>\u00a0a vizualizace <a href=\"http:\/\/obcanskymonitoring.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/u-milosrdnych.png\">zde<\/a>, kter\u00fd vypl\u0148uje plochu dnes vyu\u017e\u00edvanou jako parkovi\u0161t\u011b mezi budovou \u0161pit\u00e1lu p\u0159i chr\u00e1mu sv. Judy a Tade\u00e1\u0161e. N\u00e1vrh zasahuje dokonce cca 10 m za ohradn\u00ed ze\u010f kl\u00e1\u0161tera sv. Ane\u017eky \u010cesk\u00e9. Op\u011bt se jedn\u00e1 o rozpor mezi celkov\u00fdm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem novostavby i struktury jej\u00edho \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed s okoln\u00ed historickou z\u00e1stavbou, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko sv\u00e9 struktury zcela jin\u00e9. V panoramatu Pra\u017esk\u00e9 pam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 rezervace by se objevil se sou\u010dasnou z\u00e1stavbou nesoum\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd objekt, rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 ploch\u00e9 zast\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed by zcela rozbilo sou\u010dasnou st\u0159e\u0161n\u00ed krajinu v\u00a0okol\u00ed NKP ane\u017esk\u00e9ho kl\u00e1\u0161tera. Struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed hmoty objektu je op\u011bt s\u00a0okoln\u00ed z\u00e1stavbou zcela nesoum\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9, m\u00edsto harmonie nastupuje chaos. Je nutn\u00e9 zde upozornit i na nov\u011b navr\u017eenou stopu ulice U Milosrdn\u00fdch \u2013 navr\u017een\u00fd \u201e\u010destn\u00fd dv\u016fr\u201c p\u0159ed bytov\u00fdm objektem je v\u00a0kontextu s\u00a0charakterem zde zachovan\u00e9 historick\u00e9 uli\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b nevhodn\u00fd.
