N\u00e1m proto, \u017ee fyzick\u00e1 podstata budovy na jednom z\u00a0nejlukrativn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch m\u00edst v\u00a0centru Prahy magistr\u00e1tu pat\u0159ila, jej\u00ed kulturn\u00ed hodnota ale pat\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1m v\u0161em. Jak ji zprivatizoval? Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b divoce \u2013 nov\u00fd majitel nezn\u00e1m\u00fd, cena m\u00edrn\u00e1, podm\u00ednky \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9: Historick\u00e9 centrum Prahy \u2013 sou\u010d\u00e1st sv\u011btov\u00e9ho kulturn\u00edho d\u011bdictv\u00ed \u2013 nem\u00e1 dosud regula\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n. Vzhled registrovan\u00e9 pam\u00e1tky by m\u011bl ochr\u00e1nit pam\u00e1tkov\u00fd z\u00e1kon, i funkci ovlivnit.
