Takov\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba nen\u00ed pov\u011bstn\u00e1 lokomotiva rozvoje, ani \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed skute\u010dn\u00fdch pot\u0159eb, ale \u201eHladov\u00e1 ze\u010f\u201c realitn\u00edho podnik\u00e1n\u00ed. Krom\u011b liniov\u00fdch staveb sem pat\u0159\u00ed i velk\u00e9 reziden\u010dn\u00ed projekty a administrativn\u00ed projekty, kter\u00e9 se takto vyhnou \u201ezdlouhav\u00e9mu\u201c posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed dopadu na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed EIA. Co plat\u00ed pro velk\u00e9, nen\u00ed pro mal\u00e9. Ob\u010dansk\u00e9 spolky hl\u00eddaly dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed regulac\u00ed a spr\u00e1vn\u00edch pravidel. Pokud se v soudn\u00edm p\u0159ezkumu poda\u0159ilo dolo\u017eit spr\u00e1vn\u00ed pochyben\u00ed, byly projekty pozastaveny, zru\u0161eny nebo upraveny. A tak lobbist\u00e9 za\u010dali po\u010d\u00edtat dobu v\u00fdstavby t\u011bch projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 nikdy nem\u011bly vzniknout a vyt\u00e1hli dobu v\u00fdstavby n\u011bkam za \u201eBurkinu Faso\u201c. Ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 m\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed v\u00e1lcuj\u00ed PR za stamiliony od stavebn\u00edch lobby.<br>Garanten kuku-hostingu je Institut pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a rozvoje Prahy. Tato nez\u00e1visl\u00e1 organizace pod radn\u00edm pro rozvoj Petrem Hlav\u00e1\u010dkem funguje jako \u201eagentura realitn\u00edho profitu\u201c. Slu\u017eba velk\u00fdm developer\u016fm nep\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed poplatn\u00edk\u016fm v\u016fbec levn\u011b. Samotn\u00e9 z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed IPR byla investice za 1.3 miliardy, n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fddaje klesaly od 600 mil na dne\u0161n\u00ed, o n\u011bco ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148.<br>Modern\u00ed prezenta\u010dn\u00ed centrum IPR, CAMP, je PR podnik za des\u00edtku milion\u016f. CAMP vcelku profesion\u00e1ln\u011b produkuje \u017ee\u017eul\u010d\u00ed zp\u011bv stavebn\u00edch viz\u00ed ke ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u010derstv\u00e9 sn\u016f\u0161ce.
