Jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0situace, kdy jsou spot\u0159ebitel\u00e9 zv\u00e1ni na r\u016fzn\u00e9 z\u00e1jezdy \u010di jin\u00e9 tematick\u00e9 akce, b\u011bhem nich\u017e jim jsou nab\u00edzeny a\u00a0zpravidla pod n\u00e1tlakem \u010di za pou\u017eit\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch klamav\u00fdch obchodn\u00edch trik\u016f prod\u00e1v\u00e1ny v\u00fdrobky, kter\u00e9 b\u00fdvaj\u00ed oproti srovnateln\u00fdm v\u00fdrobk\u016fm nab\u00edzen\u00fdm v\u00a0kamenn\u00fdch obchodech n\u011bkolikan\u00e1sobn\u011b p\u0159edra\u017een\u00e9 a \u010dasto nedosahuj\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00e9 \u010di inzerovan\u00e9 kvality.&#8221;\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>MPO navrhuje:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zav\u00e9st informa\u010dn\u00ed povinnost pro po\u0159adatele prodejn\u00edch akc\u00ed, pokud organizuj\u00ed prodej mimo m\u00edsto provozovny. &#8211; Informa\u010dn\u00ed povinnost bude v\u016f\u010di \u010cesk\u00e9 obchodn\u00ed inspekci.<\/li>\n<li>Stanoven\u00ed n\u00e1le\u017eitosti pozv\u00e1nky (zejm\u00e9na povinnost informovat, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o prodejn\u00ed akci).<\/li>\n<li>Navy\u0161uje pokuty a\u017e na v\u00fd\u0161i 5.000.000 K\u010d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stanovisko Ob\u010dansk\u00e9ho monitoringu: Legislativn\u00ed n\u00e1vrh MPO pova\u017eujeme za krok spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm sm\u011brem, v\u00edt\u00e1me jej a budeme sledovat, zda se z\u00e1m\u011br poda\u0159\u00ed prosadit.<\/p>\n<p>Materi\u00e1l bude projedn\u00e1vat vl\u00e1da 14.8.2013.<\/p>\n<p>Kompletn\u00ed dokumentaci k n\u00e1vrhu MPO si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.odok.cz\/kpl-detail?pid=KORN98FADL5V\">zde<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div data-counters='1' data-style='square' data-size='regular' data-url='https:\/\/obcanskymonitoring.cz\/?p=795' data-title='\u0160mejdi to budou m\u00edt t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed.
